What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help assess the issue.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 for most Australian destinations. *This excludes bulky items such as trampolines and some remote delivery areas.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we offer standard shipping only. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse, usually within 24 hours of fulfilment.
Do you ship worldwide?
