Why has my pre-order not shipped yet?Updated 2 hours ago

Pre-order items are shipped once the incoming stock has arrived and has been processed for dispatch.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it may not ship immediately after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless split delivery is available or has been arranged.

If the estimated pre-order timing has passed or you are unsure about your order, please contact us with your order number so our team can check the latest update for you.
