If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find your parcel, please:

1. Check around your property (mailbox, front door, safe place).

2. Ask household members if they accepted the delivery.

3. Check with neighbours or your building manager.

4. Allow 24 hours in case the parcel was scanned early.

If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact our support team and we will assist with investigating the delivery.
