NZ orders are shipped from Auckland. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated NZ delivery timeframes are:

• Auckland metro: 1-2 business days

• Upper North Island: 1-3 business days

• Central North Island: 1-3 business days

• Lower North Island / Wellington region: 2-4 business days

• Upper South Island: 3-5 business days

• Canterbury / Christchurch region: 3-5 business days

• Lower South Island: 4-6 business days

• Rural addresses: allow an additional 1-3 business days

• Larger or bulkier items, such as trampolines: allow extra time, depending on the delivery location and freight carrier
